StoCard allows you to keep all your loyalty cards in one place – on your phone! You simply scan the barcode, using the phone's camera, or enter the number from the card, and it is recorded on your phone, with the image of the card logo as a helpful reminder. To use the app, simply select the loyalty card from the alphabetical list, and the barcode appears, ready to be scanned by the merchant. Stocard does not send you any emails, and does not record your purchases or points balance. It does however place the weekly flyers of your loyalty card merchants in the app for your review.
Unlike Apples Passbook, this app does not place the barcode information on the lock screen, however, it does have the advantages of allowing you to enter codes which do not have barcodes, and shares upcoming company flyers with you, an especially important feature if you do not regularly shop at all merchants, or are not receiving flyers on a regular basis.
